Tomo Sushi in Richmond Hill offers a refined dining experience with high-quality Japanese cuisine, featuring fresh sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls in an elegant atmosphere. All chicken & most beef items are halal (except Kalbi Short Ribs). Our sushi rice is seasoned with mirin that contains a very small amount of alcohol before cooking (approx. 0.1%). During preparation, the mirin is fully boiled to remove the alcohol prior to use, and the final sushi rice is considered to contain 0% alcohol.
