Yin Ji Chang Fen was founded in the 1950s, is a food chain that mainly serve Rice Roll and Congee. Over the years, by virtue of high-quality taste of the traditional Rice Roll, well-known in the province of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The Rice Roll are “thin, delicious, smooth, unique taste” and won the “white as jade, thin as paper, smooth and delicious” evaluation. “Yin Ji Chang Fen” was already really popular in Guangzhou Old Xiguan area in the early 50s and 60s.’
