There are more than 350 classes per month to choose from, with 8 different class styles and 3 difficulty levels for each.

Our private training uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) technology to offer an efficient and high intensity workout. EMS was originally used by elite athletes, but now it's available to individuals who want to gain thorough accelerated muscle growth and boost weight loss.
